About

Hello! I'm Andrew, a passionate NLP researcher and a fourth-year PhD candidate in the CoAI group, advised by Prof. Minlie Huang and co-advised by Prof. Hongning Wang, in the Department of Computer Science and Technology at Tsinghua University.

My research focuses on developing evaluation methodologies for large language model (LLM) generation, benchmarking LLMs, designing reward systems for LLM reinforcement learning algorithms, and creating LLM-based critiques of long-form texts such as stories, essays, and reports.

Beyond research, I enjoy playing the piano and keyboard. I am a member of the Student Keyboard Team at Tsinghua University, and my repertoire currently includes Bach's Sinfonias, Beethoven's early sonatas, Chopin's Etudes, and Brahms's Klavierstucke.
